Mr. Nguyen The Ha, Esq. is exposed himself to legal provisions and practical implementation of national-level projects in construction, energy, infrastructure in Vietnam and overseas. Being trained in and knowledgeable about Vietnamese law and several foreign legal systems, he has advised large-scale enterprises, listed companies, and M&A transactions across diverse business sectors. Furthermore, he is the author and co-author of some research papers published in domestic and international journals, and also visiting lecturer at various law academic institutions in Vietnam.
